The story in the bottle
A Bottelary Hills blend of bush-vine Chenin and Sauvignon Blanc: guava, white peach and pear drop, ripe tropical fruit with a herby lift and a zesty grapefruit finish.
Grown across nearly 400 hectares of family vineyards around Stellenbosch, from the decomposed granite of the Helderberg to the slate of the Devon Valley.
We are custodians of old vines. They know best how to express their fruit in any vintage, and we merely shepherd their knowledge into the bottle.
